Sweet crispy corn - deep fried corn mixed with sugar, diced cucumber and carrot

 

Stewed tofu - mushroom and tofu beautifully blended in light sweet soup, topped with green pepper and spring onion as garnish.

 

Green pepper fried potato - little spciy than salty, mix shreded potato with fresh green pepper alongside a few pepper corns.

 

Sweet and sour eggplant - topped with spring onion, fry it up with sweet and sour sauce.
